Coaching Services 

            Individualized RUN Training Plans

I create monthly trainings that is specific to your fitness level, your fitness background, that will guide you to your goals and if you dedicate yourself to it daily: you WILL get results. The key is I am will you along the way and adjust the training as your body progresses and if life happens we always adjust. Goal is to get you to the start line fully prepared for you to reach that finish line strong, smiling to reach your goal. // $150/month

          One-on-one Training Sessions

 

Interested in more in depth training and guidance? I am here to train you in person with one-on-one training sessions, which includes speed development training, form analysis, drill work, recovery strategies, fueling options, Q & A. We meet in the LA area at a convenient time for you. Contact me if you are interested in multiple sessions package. // $70/hr
